The complimentary projector and WiFi were appreciated, and the location and view were a highlight. The staff was helpful in providing local recommendations, and the property itself had a unique and charming feel.

The lack of cleanliness in the shared washrooms was an issue, and having one washroom for ten people was not ideal. The personal lockers were also not secure, as any locker key could open them.

The view from the common areas was beautiful and the seating was comfortable. There were indoor games which were great for socialising. the hotel was in walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay in this hotel! The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the main area with great views of the valley. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained, such as table tennis and board games. We also appreciated the quick suggestions from the staff about nearby places to visit. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

During my recent stay at a hotel in the hilly area, I was impressed with its convenient location just a short walk away from the main market. the view of the hills from my room was stunning and added to the charm of my vacation. I appreciated the beautiful decor and cleanliness of the room and the bathroom facilities. the breakfast provided by the hotel was scrumptious and the staff was friendly and willing to help. the common room with its various games helped me pass my leisure time comfortably.

Nonetheless, I was disappointed with the poor internet connection and limited data provided, which didn't allow me to enjoy my personal entertainment without interruption. Despite all this, I would highly recommend the place to others who want a comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities.

During our stay at Gostops Mussoorie, Picture Palace Rooms & Dorms, we were upgraded to a cottage, which was a delightful surprise. The front desk staff and all other employees, especially Sardar, were exceptional in their service and made us feel welcome. The room had an excellent view and the facilities like the pool, projector, and table tennis were great additions to our stay. The overall vibe of the place was priceless.

That the food could have been better. Additionally, they could improve their food ordering system to ensure a smoother experience for guests.
